Definitely looks like an 82-84 upper spoiler.
Looking at his other auctions, he has a lot of MK2 parts listed for 82-87. (Lights, switches).
Also, he lists wrong years for other stuff like the AE86 tail light that is for 86-87 and he lists it as an 85.

They added an extra under cover to mid-88+ models to prevent this, there was a TSB on how to add it to earlier models. Unfortunately the part is now discontinued (I just tried to order one last week).

It was the rear sway bar that was removed, and most 86's still have the mounting for it, just need to add it. They parts are available to add it to other years as well. Toyota put the rear sway bar back in in 1989 for the Supercharged models as well.

Yup, you guys have a hazard light and the rear fog light in there I think. Plus you guys have different speeds on the speedometer than we do.
There are plenty of differences worldwide. :)
These are really not applicable to any sort of North American application.
