I use Microstation, I have for the last ten years. Unless you get the original CAD design from Toyoyta to work from & then put your design data into a machine to fabricate it for you, designing it in CAD would be a waste of time.
Here's what I recommend. Go thru the complete TRSM checks. This will either confirm or eliminate the electric problems. If everything checks out with your inspection, remove the valve body, clean the shift servos, replace the servo seals (they're like $.80 for two of them).
