hm... my guess is charlotte, i've heard of a guy around there runnin about 550 hp on a boss turbo

hm... i kinda wanted a hardtop, but the targa's just too cool to pass up... i think the only thing my car (89 super red) came w/ out was tems (it even had 91 wheels when i got it, lol) i thought it didn't have abs but when i did the motor swap i found a mysterious black box behind my glove...

so now, along w/ all of the other problems, my oil pan gasket has sprung a leak... any advice? the gasket's never been removed... god just hates me, and all of the bolts are tight

well, at least it ran for the first time in like 9.5 months... man, the fuel line for the cold start injector was TOAST the first time we cranked it... fuel was ghushing from that line :-/... now i've got that smoke from the turbo (i think it's the wrap) and the throttle body gasket is...

so, i started my jdm motor for the first time last night, and i noticed smoke coming from the turbo, not instantly, but it came a bit later once it got warmed up... now, the smoke did not smell like burning oil, so i'm wondering if my turbo wrap is making the smoke... anyone have any experience...

dammit... yah i started her up last night... it acted like it wanted to work for a bit (but was way off, obviously, then kept rising to like 90 psi, then to zero... this is w/ the car running, pluss my power steering pump is whining like hell, so i might as well get down there and replace both

did any of you have to change out the oil sender (brass bell shaped thing to the right of the oil filter) for the usdm one? someone said it needs to be done, but the wires plugged up fine, not to mention i can't even get it off of the usdm motor which is in pieces and outside of the car... :1zhelp:

my leather is gone on mine, but u kno what, i didn't even realize for like a year our shifters are leather... i mean it looked perfectly fine... it's rubber and then the gear layout on top... i thought it was supposed to be like that :biglaugh: :nono:
