dunno... it's kinda hard to get to... i'm feelin lazy, i just put the usdm one on and replaced my power steering pump... so it'll wait another day... my oil pan gasket's still leakin, so i'll get to it when i do that tomorrow, i'll post again prolly tomorrow night if/when i finish
ok... so, i posted before about the jdm oil pressure sending unit on my car, i changed it out for the usdm one, but now my oil press. gauge reads + 120 psi at ALL times, even w/ the battery unplugged and the car off... :1zhelp:
also make sure you have a feeler gauge for the head... MAKE SURE the shop lapps the head and it needs to be around 10 RA (recomended by HKS)... there are hardly any shops that can do this around here (actually 1) besides nascar shops...
jdm 7m's (as i've learned) are a good bit different (different oil press. sending unit, different throttle body, different vacuum lines, coolant lines, and the egr of course...)... if you could, i'd try to find some kind of deal w/ a US 7m-gte... and would you be swapping yourself, or a shop...
