the 2jz engine I know for a fact uses 10mm sized studs hence thier "upgrade" to 1/2". 7m engines use 12mm sized studs.

umm in reality the correct answer it depends. a SYSTEM. Roll CAGE might make the car safer if and ONLY if you have have a harness AND a helmet. The bar by the upper left side of your head is very unforgiving to your knoggin tapping it during a crash and beleive me that bar up there is close...
