Status update: I got all of the holes done except for the one by the firewall I am going to get a reduced shank drill bit soon and finish it up. I tried fixing my thermostat housing because that has a bolt that broke off in it but no luck, so I will have to use seal packing again to seal it...
There are two studs that stayed in the head should I remove and helicoil them or leave them alone? I remember seeing there is a double nut method on removing studs you put one nut on then tighten another one on top of it then that will allow you to loosen the stud.

It's pretty much like WD40 but I think better at penetrating and such it's more oily than WD40. In comparison WD40 is like water where PB blaster is like oil in liquid form it's great stuff that is what I used to help break loose stuck bolts or nuts and it works greats.
