One more thing, last night when I changed the intake hose for the turbo I noticed there was a small pool of oil on the lip of the turbo inlet. Is that normal? I remember reading that there will eventually be oil in the PCV and intercooler pipes but is it bad for it to be there? If so how can I...
There is very minimal shaft play i will need to wiggle it around again to see if it has increased. It doesn't sound like it's scraping the housing it still sounds like an airflow whistle. Maybe I should rev it at idle and build boost to hear exactly where it's coming from?
Well I installed the accordion hose I got from Numba1stuna and the boost feels more solid but my turbo still whistles my blow off valve flutters more but still has that whistle to it. I am stumped on what it could be because there aren't any other hoses or lines that involve the turbo that are...
Check the hose above the EGR cooler it goes straight up then bends toward the passenger side. I had a leak there because I didn't tighten the clamp enough.

Changed the brake and clutch fluid, will change the brake pads probably tomorrow when they come in and I attempted to fix my boost leak; however, the turbo whistles louder than before but doesn't sound like a surge with that chirping or fluttering noise just a loud constant whistle sort of like...

I think the bolts I got are the right ones the only problem with the bolts I bought the first time around is they were a little too long so I got a pair of a size smaller and another pair of a size a little smaller just in case. I should receive the housing and turbo inlet hose by friday or...
Thanks for the info and advice you guys are saving my ass lol. I went to my local auto parts store and they didn't have the synthetic fluid so I just got wearever gold dot 3, 4 quarts of it if I need an extra I'll run down to the store and get what I need.
Yea I just wanted to know how many quarts I should buy for changing the brake and clutch fluid and if just drain and top off until clean fluid comes out would be the best way to do it and according to you guys that is. I will buy 5 quarts because I am sure that is more than enough and you guys...
