If you want MAFT Pro to auto tune, you have to have the WB monitoring the A/F's. You can tune it with a WB & then remove it, but you will not have the auto tune function.

gauges location? I remember seeing a write up about it, but I can find it now. I want to do the same thing & I might have a few extra gauge faces made while I have mine made, so let me know if you're interested.
Does it matter where a resonator is placed in the exhaust? I want to place my as close to the downpipe as possible, but I want it to work properly, too.
If I'm not mistaken, the oil filter housing would have to be swapped. The oil pan too. You would have to make some sort of provision for the additional knock sensor (either mod the gte ECU & harness for one KS or tap the second into the GE block).
you're flowing too much. Switch to MAFT, tune it & you'll be fine.
To check the wastegate actuator, put a air compressor on 10-15 lbs, hook it up to the actuator & watch it move
When you're looking at spending in the $850 range (it WILL be more, BTW), that opens up a lot more options. You can go the T4, SSA header route, Sound Performance route, or even the GT route (non ball bearing).
I'm going with 2.5 inch/3 inch pipes. I know that I won't flow more than that set up can handle, but I dunno, you might be able to. I'm trying to keep lag as low as possible.

Not related to the pistons themselves, but you might want to check the buyer/seller feedback forum for quit-quit. My experience was neutral due to a long ship time, but others had some not so positive things to say.....
