^^^Yup. First try to deal with the seller. If he won't help open a dispute in ebay and go from there. Mishi rads don't have direct fittment. The shroud doesn't fit right. If you want to use the rad you have to go e-fan, beat the hell out of the lower frame rail, and fabricate your own top...

I have a Red top. Had it for two years with zero issues.
