i usauly pull both. although it also depends what i am doing at the time of the pull. engine work, clutch, when i was auto i pulled the engine by it's self 3 times, and the tranny out 2 with it. ive swapped 5spd tran's and also done 2 clutchs.. i wont put up with the hassle...

are the spacer's your talking about wheel spacers or the rack spacers i read about recently??

each barrle has a rotor that has about 13-18 slot's in it to allow the trigger to slip 1 by. as you fill up the barrle, it rotates winding up the first band,i would say they prolly loaded about 250 rubber bands onto that thing for most of the shots.

ive bought a ebay pump, my fuep pressure gaUge wouldn't show any more then 20psi the day before a dyno day so i missed out... in fact i didn't drive my car.. i purchased a new walbro from horse power freaks, and got 10% due to dyno day purchase. they let me have it for 90 i think...
