Anyone experienced rearend issues (twisting cradle cracking)

I thought about this, but the worst case is that it ends up no stronger than stock and cracks again... and really, I don't mind having to go back and redo things until I'm satisfied. It'll add up to a lot of grinding and welding, but in the end I think I'll have the part I want and the...

Anyone experienced rearend issues (twisting cradle cracking)

I just got started on reinforcing mine during my spring break, because it had some cracks. I didn't get much done but at least now I have ~3 months to plan what I'm going to do. :) Bryan did a great job on shaeff's... If I didn't enjoy doing the work myself I'd be asking him to do it.

Any differences between A430E And A3040LE?

I think you have the codes wrong at least... A340E's come in the supra, and in the cressida. there should be little/no difference between them as they're mated to the same engine in both cars. 30-40LE is the name for the same tranny when used in Jeeps.

    My subframe

I'm not a very good welder.. but hey. My original rear subframe wasn't cracked, but it was corroded almost to the point of nonexistence, so I got one on car-part from south carolina. That one was in a lot better shape, but had cracks in the usual area on the front back and underside. I cut open...

    I just seafoamed my engine

Spraying oven cleaner on carbon deposits makes them wipe off easily with a rag. I did this with some intake parts. There are clearly chemical means to can remove carbon deposits. The question is just whether theres a safe an effective way to do it without actually taking the engine apart...

Do you want Energy Suspension Poly Bushings? READ HERE.

I don't see the bushings listed in their catalog. I emailed but they haven't responded. Originally I was hoping I could get some during my spring break here and have the car standing on it's wheels again, but I guess that was a bit of a stretch. (the breaks over weekend after next) OH WELL

    The best A70 trainwrecks.

I've gone to a lot of effort to make my rust pile of a supra look like plain old supra again. Theres been times when I thought "well, since doing all this work, why don't I take the opportunity to mix things up a bit?" Threads like these remind me why. You have to keep in mind though, for a lot...
