you can use the front struts from a MKIV (eric verah did it), and it makes your front wheels sit back like 1", or something funky like that, and the backs bolt up with some mofidications. Jeff

you kinda put one side in, and bend it slightly with a screwdriver to get it past the othe TAB on the other side. It's a pain tho. like useing an old fashioned shoe horn to slip it past the pin, and then it'll pop itself into place. Of course you have to make sure your old bushing is out, but...

Please take this as its intended. Get the stuff you need to tune it yourself. I think in the end you'll be MUCH MUCH more happy with the result, and the MAFT-Pro is easy as heck to tune from what I understand, and with the wideband setup, heck you don't even have to tune it, it tunes itself!

Nope, I can have them rebuilt, with a QUALITY rebuild kit, and new bearings and everything. As long as the fins aren't bent, and it doesn't grind against the inside of the housing badly, we're good 8-). Jeff

Sounds like it was a cheap rebuild, using the cheap rebuild kit, and wasn't balanced. Sorry dude. 99% of all turbos die within the first 5 min of install. Send it to Jon at MDC, and have him put a BB setup in there. It'll solve all those problems, and make it last longer to boot. I know...
