how does a stuck injector bend a valve? isnt the 7m NON interference? i know i can spin my cams over and over and they dont hit anything.

You'll most likely find you need to open up two of the manifold bolt holes unless your threads are perfectly strait.... also you may have to cut a coil off the helicoil with the 7/16's stud, i couldnt get my tap in far enough to get the full 7 or how ever many threads the coil has...

i can feel the ridges on a few of them. Mainly near the cap meets the head, cam is ok except the 2nd bearing which has some groves i can feel. Head journals have pitting of little pieces and is fairly rough again mainly on the sides right where the cap meets the head. Is there anything i can...
