You could put 18 piston calipers on our small rotors and it will not make a difference enough to warrant the use of new brake lines, the cost of the bracket, and the cost of the caliper.
I bet this "upgrade" will be WELL into the $600 range.
I'm sure you guys deal with the VIN to order parts. It is 99.9% reliable. That one tenth of a percent when it isn't is the instance you've just described. At that point, you're dealing with a modified car, and who knows what will/will not fit.
Easy way to tell if he has a factory supplied...
A PTE 550 injector flows 550cc wide open (100% duty cycle). This is perfect for the lexus air flow meter and 550cc injector upgrade.
I also have seen where some people believe they are using lexus injectors in conjunction with the air flow meter. This is not the case. You use any...
People.... if you have 550cc injectors.. they flow 550cc's at 100% duty cycle, and 43.5 psi. The pressure is an industry standard, as is the sizing.
WHen you have an injector "tested" at 80%, that means they run the injector at 80% to ensure it'll work. It DOES NOT mean it flows 550ccs at...
550 cc injectors flow 550ccs of fuel wide open. Just like the stock injectors are 440s and are tested at wide open as per the TSRM.
To find what a 550 will flow at 90% DC, just multiple 550 by 90%.
Some additional tech info regarding injectors written by a dude at RC Engineering. Just for...
Also, the flare fittings down at your local hardware store are NOT the same bevel. These are done on a 45 degree bevel whereas AN and JIC is 37 degree. Using these together will not create a proper seal.
Be cautious if a kit comes with brass fittings compared to steel fittings Typically...
I don't know why people "upgrade" to a bigger exhaust manifold stud. Not like you need it.
I helicoil each hole, then use the stock studs and stock nuts. It works great.
If you have a stock motor.. or even a motor with 1mm OS valves, you'll still have a noninterference motor. IJ is taking it to the extreme by making his motor an interference design. I think it's cool. :)
*at least I do with 1mm OS and ross pistons, and my buddy does who has 1.5mm OS and...
Rich- On the group buy page they are listed at 9.52mm.

I'd trust BC's website over the group buy page. This is just to clear up some...
Not only would you possibly get injured in a wreck, but you may also have 200 degree coolant spraying on you.
You should NEVER EVER run fluids into the cabin.
6 x 1.5 or 1.25 or 1.0 is likely it.
Another bolt would be anything that uses the same sized socket to remove. How about the bolts that hold the ISC pipe on. Aren't those 10mm heads?
take it to a hardware store, and ask for their copper tubing. Then you'll see what one fits inside. Shouldn't be a big deal really.
Or you could disasemble the bov, and drill and tap 1/8NPT thread, and buy a screw in fitting. 1/8NPT is about as small as one can go and still easily fid...
