Is mainly asking if the 1jz oil pump would fit on a ge.. I dont see why it wouldn't the 2jzgte oilpump is the same and a replacement off a 1jz oilpump correct? and the gte pump bolts to the ge block (countless built ge blocks around under gte heads)

yea that would cause the charging problems..

I've notice the shifter in my 91 is lower then other stock shifters.. odd.. sits like .5" higher then yours mattjk..

if there are a few poeple in your area.. go 1/2 and 1/2 for a lifetime warrenty alternator :) I've switched mine out 3 times now (2 were mine and my fault thought, hahaha) in 3 years..

check aftermarket parts stores.. they usually have lifetime warranty vs a 1 year from lexus.. Check the plug in the back of the alternator, mine has come out before..

if you have the GE bottom, might as well consider the 1.5jz.. if not 1jz...

I dont think the 4082 will do 650.. 600 will probably be maxing it out..

90*s are easier to work with (at least for me, I dont have a bandsaw.. which might make it easier.. i just have a cutoff saw)
