If your goal is consistant 12's then the MAFT Pro should be just right. With our cars it doesn't take that much to get into 12's. Most ppl with modded supras running 13's could make 12's if they could figure out how to launch the car correctly, but all of this rant is on several other threads...

That's exactly what I do. Working two jobs lets me spend around 400-500 a month on the supra (will be selling my 3G and buying a metro and I will be saving an additional 350-400 a month on top of that!).

Ditto, if you're around 350-375 getting a new intercooler should put you close if now above 400. The reason being most any aftermarket intercooler you get will have less of a pressure drop than the stock one, i.e. more psi and cooler air to boot= more power.

Plug wires sound good (how old are they?). Don't forget to tighten down the studs/bolts after it's had a good heat cycle (assuming the bolts/studs are new). Have you checked vacume lines or anything that could have been left unistalled after the head gasket job?
