That has to be the closest looking supra to "new" that I've ever seen. Clean all the way around. Put a 5spd in, put the stock exhaust back on, dyno that sucka, tq the head bolts back down, and call it a day.

I think it looks decent on the car, maybe a little big. Some ppl may call you a ricer for having it, but it looks alright if you had the right body kit to go along with it.

If you get studs, then the HG will just slide right on without worries of it sliding around and ruining the seal as you would with bolts.

If you haven't done so already, check nashman's shifter he's designing, it looks to be promissing. I should be down for one of his if I ever get a spare one.

Looks like it needs some TLC. Not sure about it being stock on any car from factory though, but the mounting points look right on the pics.

Check all of your vacume lines, and make sure your afm is plugged up.

That's very respectable there, what exact kit did he get? I either want a stage 4 or 5, big shaft option, 61 trim with GTS cover, SS oil lines. Both stages offer these options, the stage 5 is rated like 50 extra hp iirc. Maybe the A/R is a little bigger in stage 5, they don't say.
