^Jdub strikes again! Glad you brought that picture up. I'm on my home computer now and just saved it. It would be a good idea for everyone else to do that also if you feel you'll need it for future reference ;).
What a crock of shit....400 HP my ass! "stock HG was retorqued to 72ft/lbs in 1990whatever" That says walk away right there... starting bid 7k, buy it now...whatever it was...:3d_frown:
"Kid, gimme that crack pipe!"
TSRM= Toyota Service Repair Manual
Good luck on finding the right control arm! When you get it, try using the TSRM to do the job yourself ;). You'll save TONS of money over the 1700.00 (lol) that was quoted to you. A little warning, changing the control arms out can be a real PITA.
^Good for you ;). I'd say almost everything posted on here has been seen at least once before. I was just pointing something out to those of us who haven't seen it ;).
I'd say I'll be painting mine when the rest of the car is repainted.
Damn, I didn't realize this topic would so blown outa proportions...:3d_frown:
I was just pointing out something new that I've never seen for the Supra before ;).
A friend I met at a supra meet told me this (he actually put his on the test pipe too). The reason I said anywhere in between the positions of the last two ppls post is becaust the other position is around 12" away from the test pipe, and well over 24" away from the turbo ;). The test pipe would...
^LOL, You shoulda seen me getting mine off ;). Get the socket on the bolt, now (this is from under the car) get your monkey arms limbered up. Contort your arm until you can reach the wrench (a buddy up on top helps out a lot here to keep the wrench from falling off) and push the wrench as hard...
It would def look better than my faded ass piece that I'm rockin right now, but as stated, it's way pricy and I agree that there's not much CF material to it at all. I think the guy is just jacking up the price for it being unique and "real carbon fiber" ;).

What do you all think? A little steep on the price for sure, but unique. Has this been posted before? Or does anyone...
Man this really sucks. If I had any spare parts I'd ship them to you for just the cost of the shipping ;). Sad thing is though, I'm working on getting my supra's car wreck repaired too...:3d_frown:
And before anyone asks, no, I didn't wreck the supra, the previous owner did...:cry:
