I dont care about noise.. I'll look into heatsinks later on, my buddy suggested the zalman.. I'm going to overclock as much as I can safely so want good cooling.. Free performance for a little extra noise is worth it... I'll just turn up the music ;) I'm not sure what you mean on the ram...

bigger engine on the stock tune would lean it out causing better mpg ;)

IMO, screw the ct26. Its not a very good option. Build your own kit. Buy a xspower t3 manifold for like 250, a new garret t3 57 or 60 trim turbo for like 550, external wastegate (tial 38mm for 200) and a oil line kit for 150. You will need a custom DP though... as well as intercooler pipes.
