That's what I was thinking. It seems like RS-R is no longer making products for the MKIII, cuz just about anything they make that a website has no longer actually have them in stock, nor can they get them from the company :(.
I'd also like to know what springs are you talking about when you are giving specs for the RS-R's. They have two different steups for MKIII's, RS-R Down springs, and RS-R Race springs.
True that, my turbo is out on mine. Anytime I get a wild hair and decide to drive my supra, it will drink oil if I put boost to it ;). Oh, I just remembered that MDC rebuilds CT's, PM him and see what he can do for you ;).
I've got to hand it to you, that's pretty nice thinking on the gas filler mod, I like it... The only drawback is of course, having to pop the hatch each time you fill up. Great work so far. I find it kinda amazing that you've already got some expensive ass coilovers on the car and not very many...
Do not drive the car until you get the engine out and replace the gasket with a MHG (hopefully). I'd drain the oil becuase there's probably coolant in it that can be very corrosive to bearings. You're probably going to have to put new bearings in it at the least when you do the HG to prevent rod...
Some cars just backfire when the BOV isn't recirculated (like mine), others stumble and die. It really depends on the temperment of the individual car. If you want to cure the issue, recirculate it like mentioned above. Does this BOV have a horn shaped outlet at the end of it? If so, you may...

If you keep it, don't put on power adders right off the bat, slowly work on getting that car in the condition it was when it was new, then worry about power ;).
