That's what I was thinking. It seems like RS-R is no longer making products for the MKIII, cuz just about anything they make that a website has no longer actually have them in stock, nor can they get them from the company :(.

I'd also like to know what springs are you talking about when you are giving specs for the RS-R's. They have two different steups for MKIII's, RS-R Down springs, and RS-R Race springs.

Driftmotion has oem replacements, probably cheaper than what you could get it at the stealership ;).

I've got to hand it to you, that's pretty nice thinking on the gas filler mod, I like it... The only drawback is of course, having to pop the hatch each time you fill up. Great work so far. I find it kinda amazing that you've already got some expensive ass coilovers on the car and not very many...

Do not drive the car until you get the engine out and replace the gasket with a MHG (hopefully). I'd drain the oil becuase there's probably coolant in it that can be very corrosive to bearings. You're probably going to have to put new bearings in it at the least when you do the HG to prevent rod...

That's why you do a close, meticulous inspection of the gasket before you decide to reuse it ;).

Which one is the small vacume port on the bottom of the accordian hose? The power steering idle up?

Do you not put a thin coat of assembly lube on the bottom part of the rod and main bearings? A few posts back it only said the top of them...

Check and make sure all sensors are plugged in (I forget to plug back in the afm sometimes and it will do what urs is doing when it's not plugged in).

Some cars just backfire when the BOV isn't recirculated (like mine), others stumble and die. It really depends on the temperment of the individual car. If you want to cure the issue, recirculate it like mentioned above. Does this BOV have a horn shaped outlet at the end of it? If so, you may...

If you look at the seller ID, you'll see that it is Lintlars who is selling it on ebay ;). I got the very last CP racing rear strut bar from suprasport not too long ago for a little more than what he sells his for. I must point out though that these are made for targa tops, mine is a hard top...

If you keep it, don't put on power adders right off the bat, slowly work on getting that car in the condition it was when it was new, then worry about power ;).
