Ok, i need to know the name or part number of the sparkplug wire thingy by the valley of the head, in between then valve covers. does any one know what im talking about? i got no pic . it takes to big ass hex screws, i think there 12mm or 14mm size.

They sell the Stainless steel ones too, that might be the same price from Toyota. I know what you're talking about tho!
Is it connected to the spark plug wires? The coil pack with 6 outlests on it?
Or the gasket type deal that spans from the front of the engine to the back with holes where the spark plugs go? That would be your #3 cylinder head cover

Oh and im not doing MHG don't want to remove my block, but im not going to push crazy power yet. so does any one know if ishino is ok
