Rtv on a moving part is never going to work.
IF there is a groove then it will prolly never seal unless ground down and a bigger seal is used or the seal is pushed back.

Have you checked for power at the motor with the switch pressed? The motor goes 1 way with power and ground on one side and goes the other way if you flip them.

Stock coolant cooled bs cooler sucks. Look into a full flow t stat controlled cooler system.
And a bigger radiator.
10/12/14mm sockets/wrenches. Long extensions. And swivel sockets or 3/8 swivel adapter. Loosen the motor mount bolts and let the trans hang with the mount off to get the top bolts.

Sounds like bhg. Prolly Ran good cause no coolant was in the combustion chamber. Can rent a compression tester at krafen or something. Can also buy a block tester.
Boost controllers do not control spool time. They just control how much boost you see.
The turbo size and housing size is what controls spool time. Quick spool valve will help great with spool time and not sacrifice any top end.
