Finally...a laptop I can lose in all of my papers!

100000000% correct. It's their target market. The "hip" people buy apple stuff.... and then replace it within 1-3 years because the old one broke or its not cool anymore. **I do think its cool, but its definitely aimed at fashionistas

    i was thinking ...

I whole-heartedly believe your life would improve as the amount of alcohol you consume decreases. Might be something to try. I would wonder what happened to willfish if you stopped posting. I guess you just have to be careful with knives and showers though. :)

Ok Great way to start off the new years, I know something just broke.

Ouch. Labor for clutch replacement can be a hefty bill. At least you get to upgrade now. :)

    Clutch Problems, Again

hmm... Well if its not the pedal assy, then it would have to be a part of the clutch assy. I really don't know what would cause it to do what you are describing though. Maybe a sticking throwout bearing? maybe that is catching on the input shaft spline *just* after engaging? :dunno: I'm...

    Clutch Problems, Again

Clutch spring? Are you sure it is installed? if so, is it installed correctly? * When you release the pedal and it does NOT come up, does the car go into gear? Or is the clutch still disengaged? If the car goes into gear just fine, but the pedal simply doesn't rise I would be looking at the...

    is your supra rusted

I have a thin coating of surface rust in about half the hatch area. I just got new taillight gaskets and I'll be nixing all the rust in the hatch this spring with rustoleum. Other than that, I have no rust... that I know of yet.

F**K That, Racism is still Live and Well

Possibly. I'm not saying racism is only in the south or anything but I think the chances of this happening on Long Island, or in D.C., or in Cali are much smaller than in southern states. I didn't mean to offend anyone or their homestates or chosen state of residency. WTF do I know anyway...

F**K That, Racism is still Live and Well

Jesus... that is really fucked up. I hate it when people make racist comments, but something like that is beyond fucked up. I can't begin to imagine how ignorant a person must be to hold such hatred towards a race. Let me guess... this occurred in the south.

    signs of blown head gasket?

I think i know what your problem is. :) Did you have these problems BEFORE you changed the plugs? How many miles have you driven since the change? If you noticed the smoke and misfire AFTER the plugs were taken out, it sounds like you accidentally dumped oil into the cylinders which would...

Mystery coolant leak **PICS** (formerly Hole Corroded in Head)

I see your point, but I have now looked at it for nearly 15 minutes with a handy mirror and can confidently say it's the head gasket. I'm nearly positive the water jackets between 1 & 2 have lost their seal and are letting coolant seep to the edge of the block, and apparently at times they...
