K&N use oil. It's a wet filter. That oil along with small dirt and debris particles flow through the filter and into the AFM, which uses a mirror and optical measurement which need to stay VERY clean. Oil/dirt/debris on mirror makes for poor measurements and that mirror is not exactly...

From my understanding, you can use the 90 engine, but you need to get an 87 or early 88 Turbo harness instead of the 90 harness. That being said, I may need a 90 Turbo harness in a few months... ;)

3mm and so forth are different styles of LED's. Those are just bare LED's. NOT what you want for the dash, unless you plan on re-wiring the entire thing. You need the 194 and 74 bulbs. Keep searching on superbright. Check my sig for full instructions. All the info you need is in there. ;)
