True, but now the weight of the subwoofer has been moved forward and secured. It may be more of a hassle to remove when I really want to, but I'm okay with it. Eventually, I'll put the speaker (plus one more 12") IN the box, so everything can come out at once. I also plan on carpeting it. Just...
