Removing the rear seats (with pics)

I figured someone should do this write-up, since there isn't one already in this forum. I did it today, and I took pictures because I was bored. This is a total step-by-step, so even a complete amateur should be able to do this.

First, remove all your crap out of the back, and fold the seats down by pressing the little buttons on the outside edge of the seats. Then, pull up all the carpet like so:

Some of us have a subwoofer in the trunk, so the wiring may be here:

Now, using a 12mm socket and socket wrench, remove the bolts holding the seats to the brackets:

After the 8 bolts have been removed, gently pull both seats towards the front:

Set both of them aside, with the carpet:

The center bracket's gotta go! These are 10mm bolts.

So are the seat strikers.

Next we move on to the lower buckets

Pull this black tab, while lifting, on both ends of the lower buckets.

Then remove them completely
