Other way around, Ace. 1.5JZ = 2JZ block + 1JZ head. The 1JZ head was designed by Yamaha iirc. And yeah, it flows better. Of course, with a bit of work the 2JZ head flows every bit as good. The only reason a 1.5JZ should ever exist is if you screw up the 1JZ block.
