Aligning the cps can be a bear. One time it took me about ten tries to get it right.
Set crank to 0, make sure cam is 0, then set cps to zero with the little notch and try to not let it rotate on install.
Then you need a timing light to set your timing to 10 btdc

Fucking brilliant. Talk about selling yourself and not your product. Wow.
And he even mentioned plenty of perfectly relevant, informative facts about his cleaner.
Damn, I'm impressed.
3 Hours?! For a first timer?! I think I spent 3 hours just doing the remote start wiring alone. Maybe I'm just a snail when it comes to working on the Sup. :dunno:
Downforce on the back wheels is all well and good to balance weight ratio and all that, but I think you're missing a HUGE problem. I'm by no means a FWD expert or a Guru or anything and I haven't gone through the trouble of trying to run through this with physics calculations but:
FWD: Front...
Hmm... In my handful of experiences with reviving dead Toyotas (3 of them Supras) my issues have been:
1: Bad fuel pump
2: Bad fuel (car wouldn't even catch for a second with 2 year old fuel. Drained and replcaed with a gallon of good fuel... bam started)
3: CPS wires
4: Starter
5: Battery

Stock sensors work fine. You can access the wiring mostly through the drivers side kick panel.
Use the search here or go to google and search something like: "site:www.supramania.com aftermarket alarm wiring". You should find at least one thread with a very good, detailed write up.
Definitely doable, but be prepared to spend many hours on it. I probably spent a good 15 hours on mine. Viper 5701.
There's a good write up on here for alarm install as well.

If it's all going to be custom then you can really do whatever you want. A lot of the pins on a 7MGTE seem to be 090 terminals. The connectors seem to be mostly Sumitomo, but most are not easy to track down new. I'm still gathering info, but it's not easy.
Why the hell have I not even considered doing soothing as brilliant as that?! I hope you don't mind if I steal your idea at some point...

Good call. Mk3 supras are amazing cars, and in many ways more modern than most cars even today.
But if you have to pay anyone to work on it for you, you will end up with a very, very expensive investment and likely a poorly running car.
These things require a very attentive and capable owner...
Not even catastrophic coverage for extreme injuries? If you have a major reconstructive surgery you wouldn't be worried about a $250,000 medical bill when a $40/month insurance plan would cover the majority of it?
