The dude in barefeet obviously isn't aware of how bad road rash can be, haha.
Looks fun, but I'm waiting for someone to get hit by a car/pole/curb head on and die on the spot.
I'm guessing you're going to break the car.
My advice is dont bother trying to doing donuts in an open diff NA. You'll look foolish when only one wheel spins and you get rod knock trying to do a burnout.
If you need your car, this is all a waste of time. Don't do any of those things.
If the Megan has a built in elbow it should be an improvement. Probably not as good as a BIC or Raptor Racing Divorced Downpipe, but still better than the stock elbow. Test pipes should ONLY be used on a dyno or at a track. Using it on the street shows you're inconsiderate and honestly, a bit...
My raptor racing ddp is crazy good. Perfect fitment, perfect ceramic coating, flex section, great welds, top notch work for sure.
My advice would be avoid ebay specials and support a vendor here. George of raptor racing is great to real with, as is Aaron of driftmotion (although his ddp is...
Methyl Ethyl Ketone (Available at most hardware stores/paint shops) works well too. Razor blade is probably a more environmentally friendly way though, lol.
yikes, something else must be awry. I've forgotten to plug the AFM connector multiple times and the car still idles. It limps, but it'll run for a while.
Nothing surprising, but the hard lines are a pain to deal with. Soft line kit from Aaron @ Driftmotion would make the job easier. I'll be replacing my hardlines next time I take the turbo off.
Not to mention all the labeled "IGN" and "GND" screws. I used those for my needle LED power. Also, I notice your plastic gauge cluster overlay piece is a little scratched up. Toyota still sells the plastic piece new for under $30. I just bought a new one and it makes a HUGE difference. :)
Good...
On a stock CT-26 fuel cut is around 12-14 psi. Without a boost controller I only see ~9-10 psi with a little boost creep if i keep it floored in 5th for a long time. (Very rare since that means I'm doing 100+ mph). With my Profec Boost controller I run ~11psi on the stock CT-26 and I've never...
Seriously? Lol. You want to pull a vacuum on your gas tank constantly while driving?
I give up. I made a mistake trying to help out here.

It most certainly DOES keep pressure in the tank. The gas vapor is not simply dumped out of the canister or absorbed into the charcoal. Some might be, but the vapors are also pulled into your engine once the engine is at operating temp via the BVSV in the water neck.
Do you have any idea how...
I don't think you'll hit it without a boost controller. Why did you make a mistake? 57 trim and downpipe should be fine.

I'm with the older guys on this. I love supras, but its a terrible first car for most people. Buy something more basic, work on it a little, save up and buy a supra as a second car or later on when you've got more funding.

Without the canister there is no check valve and you will not have any pressure in the tank. You will constantly be venting gasoline.
If you cap it, you will have too much pressure in the tank and will need a vented gas cap.
If you don't like seeing it in the bay, simply get a smaller one from...
I made a little wiring connector service tool per the Toyota Repair Manual directions. I can depin just about every connector but the single terminal water temp and oil pressure sender.
Does anyone know how to de-pin these? The oil pressure, I can move the locking tab up and release the pin a...
I will second the 6.5 sealed speaker enclosures.
Door sills
Front Lips
Kaminari(sp?) style rear 3 piece wing
I've never understood why people want someone to make the undercover in the aftermarket. Toyota sells them for $120. That's CHEAP? There's NO WAY anybody could make any profit by...
