ughhh, that sucks, the NA mk3's are very slow, I remeber when i had mine, I tried to take off from a light and pass this lady in a Toyota Camry (she was casually chatting on her cell phone) and I just couldn't keep up with her... It was very sad, and my car had a K&N FIPK....

spray some carb cleaner in the general area of where you suspect a leak, see if the idle changes at all...

i've found that even reputable mechanics have a hard time working on Supras. I think that it's because they dont have much experience with them, and Supras seem to defy all of their traditional engine repair knowledge.... So it comes to this...when you have a Supra, and you want a repair done...

umm, or you could just take the front cam cap off, and slide it off, right?...thats how i did mine, and it worked perfectly...

^^^^yes, that is possible too... when you say oil, is it like oily build up, or like clean motor oil?? maybe replace the plug and then run the car for a little bit, then take the plug wires out and look down into the journals with a flashlight and see if any oil has collected there...

yes, I hear a hissing noise in my car in first and less in second gear, can't really hear it at all in 3rd and up... So i know i have a boost leak, but how do I locate the spot that it's leaking from?
