    SHAKING cold starts....

That sensor would cause the problem you're talking about. It is the ECU's Coolant Temp. Sensor. It needs to be connected. You should also be seeing a malfunction code for the sensor.

    Another BVSV question.

My BVSV was set up this way by the previous owner, i didn't notice anything wrong...but fixed it anyway. Eagles may soar, but WeezL's never get sucked into jet engines! ...nope, they just get splattered all over the highway! lol

    Help removing Water Pump...

I was pulling on mine and bending it quite a bit, and it didn't break...just grab opposite sides of the fan, close to the center, and pull from side to side, and it should start to come off...and when it starts, then you can use a flathead screwdriver to kinda pry it off as you pull.

    Help removing Water Pump...

You are replacing the water pump, right? If you are, you will have to seperate the fan clutch from the water pump first, so you can put it on the new pump. It is much easier to leave the water pump bolted on, and then pry the fan clutch off of the pump... And if your pump won't turn, then you...

    Help removing Water Pump...

Mine was stuck on the shaft pretty good...I ust kept pulling on the fan and prying it until it came off, IIRC it was a PITA, and it took a long time.

    Adding TEMS

You would likely have to put in all of the wiring...I just don't think it's worth it...get some good shocks and springs and you will be happier.

    Help removing Water Pump...

^^^I did EXACTLY what he said...The water pump is kinda a PITA to break free...I used Ultra Black RTV on an Autozone gasket and pump...Also, make sure the tension on the altnator belt isn't excessive, or you will be replacing the water pump again shortly...

I have a GTE RIDDLE for you pros

About the turbo glowing red...I thought I had heard somewhere before that if the engine was running excessively rich, it would cause the exhaust gas temps to raise to point of the turbo glowing red, I guess i misunderstood. Lean does make more sense.

headlight conversion from a 240 sx

I think the healight cover is also shaped differently, not to mention at a different angle than the Supra's nose...so they would probably point up too high...anyway, here's a pic of something similar, i believe.
