there are actually three bolts that you need to unscrew to move it...but the third one on the back of the pump is pretty much IMPOSSIBLE to get to...I just unscrewed the two (one in front, and one towards the side...). I just pulled the pump to the side as hard as I could and slipped the belt...
I drove mine for three weeks with the power steering belt disconnected, until i could replace the rubber hose coming off of the reservoir...just felt like I had no power steering (a BITCH to turn lol)...Replaced the hose, and put the belt back on...has been fine ever since.
Oh, and if you are...
Wow, is that the going rate? or do you "know someone" lol What types of places make them? That seems like a much better alternative than paying almost the same amount for a damn stupid carrier bearing...god i hate that little bastard!
lol^^ Ok, I'm going to to attempt this one...
Have you checked that your TPS is adjusted properly? I believe that the idle is increased when the A/C amplifier tells the ECU that the A/C is on, so check that...
What do you mean "causing my engine not to work"? Does it not idle? No...
Jeff: oops...what was I supposed to do? I'm not surprised I screwed up, I've only used the EPC a couple of times...lol
Joe: Where did you the JZA70's? Your front springs are H&R?

Reguardless of if Toyota is selling it still...is the 89+ revised suspension any different from the JZA70 suspension? And if so, who has some JZA70 springs? :biglaugh:
You put JZA70 Springs on and they were a lot lower in the back?
edit: wait, are you talking about aftermarket springs? because I am talking about the stockers.
Cygnus says that the part numbers are the same for pre-89 and 89+...

So what accounts for the ride height...
Ok, i was looking at Toyotaxtremeteam's post, where he put JZA70 springs on his pre-89 MA70, and it made the ride height quite a bit lower.
I think I like the height of the JZA70 springs better, they aren't like the monster truck springs that are on the pre-89 MA70's, they are a little...
