    there are actually three bolts that you need to unscrew to move it...but the third one on the back of the pump is pretty much IMPOSSIBLE to get to...I just unscrewed the two (one in front, and one towards the side...). I just pulled the pump to the side as hard as I could and slipped the belt...

    I think that it is safe to say that part of your speedo cable is broken...It is three seperate pieces that run from the side of the transmission, behind the downpipe, then up and over the firewall to the speedo gauge...
