Yes, I think it does, IIRC... but it's been a while since I looked at the 7M-GE vacuum diagram, but I think it's needed. And the ACIS probably is worth fixing. I mean, when you're NA, you want all the power you can get, right? ;)

Yea, but it's not good to whack all the time ;)...it won't keep working for very long... You'll have to either replace the contacts inside the starter, or replace the whole starter...

Haha, if it cranked then the contacts/brushes (same thing) are worn out! Same thing happened to my starter... If you have someone tap it while you crank, you should be able to get it to start...

If you feel a difference at 4k, then your ACIS isn't working...

Did you try tapping the starter? Usually if the brushes are worn out, this will make it work temporarily...

That doesn't make it any less devastating.

I don't know about the mouldings...will look good either way... But you should definitely paint the skirts, and rear bumper pieces...leave the lip and spoiler black!

It says in your sig that you have a cold air intake? How is that setup?

Buzzing = Not enough power, IIRC... Make sure the battery is good. I suppose it is possible that the engine is seized, but it's HIGHLY unlikely.
