    Get your AC working... I learned the AC lesson last summer...:) Burgundy vinyl literally welds itself to you when it gets super hot...I couldn't imagine being without AC...now I just have to get the AC working in the Mercedes :(.

    Wetsand, compound, and buff the mouldings...That's really the only way unless you buy new mouldings, or just spray black over the cheap paint.

    I sprayed my OEM head gasket with Permatex Brake Quiet (The blue stuff), and it seems to be holding up fine. (12psi daily)

    The overflow bottle is easy to take out...just pull up on it, and it will pop out. Then you can pour the coolant out, and get a better look.

    If there is residue from oil and coolant mixing, then you shouldn't drive the car anymore... If you continue to drive it, then you won't just need to replace the head gasket, you will need to fully rebuild the engine.
