Check all the connections going to the coils...I would take each connector off and spray some contact cleaner/enhancer, and inspect the connections to make sure the pins are connecting properly... Have the coil packs been tested as per TSRM?

I have slowly pieced a set together, by going to the junk yard all the time...LOL... I just find ones that aren't cracked or peeling (though they are always faded pretty badly) and polish them until they look new. :)

Your question makes no sense... The coil pack sits on top of the valve covers, all of the spark plug wires plug into it. The coil pack doesn't need to be "aligned", it just has connectors going to it... I am assuming you are talking about the CPS? (That's the thing that slides into the head...
