Chip in the head near coolant passage.

The instance I am thinking of was probably close to two years ago now...and he said that something in the brake quiet turns the Viton coating to goo...and that that coupled with his use of green coolant is what caused his BHG around the #6 cylinder... Have the machine shop weld it. But I am thinking you MIGHT be able to get away with it.

car is leaking coolent and smells need help really badly

Check the hoses behind the head, against the firewall...if those leak, it will look like it's coming from the transmission, since they are right above it.

My Supra FRESH WASHED and WAXED! 56K? HELL NO!!

That is probably the cleanest pre-89 supra I have ever seen. Everything is perfect! Please keep it stock, and DO NOT strip the sawblades!! lol It's almost impossible to find sawblades that still have intact silver paint on them.

    lifter knocking??

7M's don't use lifters...this engine has dual overhead cams (DOHC) and uses shims. Looks like you don't have a very good mechanic...

washed engine- car sounds like a lawn mower.

To cure rod knock, the rod bearings need to be replaced...which means full rebuild.
