    HG ?

You CAN reuse the metal gasket, just make sure all of the Viton, or polyelastomer flourine coating or whatever it's called is all stripped off, then you can spray with Brake Quiet or Copper Spray. Ever hear of a CPS skipping several teeth?

That's really strange...maybe one of the two gears are worn out? Or maybe the CPS mounting bolt lost torque and backed out?

IDK...that sounds awefully risky...especially for something as important as a head bolt... I would just heli-coil it, and go with studs anyway.

    Head gasket

You have to disassemble the head if you are going to have it re-surfaced.... What I did to install/remove the cam gears, was stick a flat-head screwdriver in between a spoke of the gear, and use one of the rear timing cover mounting bolts for leverage, worked great.

So, I think I have a BHG... Im pretty sure I do...

My heater hose leaked exactly the same way after I put the car back together after the BHG fix. Pressure test your cooling system to make sure nothing else is leaking. And lots of good advice from Figit. ;)

Well, if your AC compressor isn't engaging, then you probably have a leak in the system. And as far as the heater, your Heater VSV is probably dead.

    Intermittent CPS problem.

Soldering the connections and sealing them with heat-shrink tubing will be better than using butt connectors if the wiring is corroded (green).

You have to try different junkyards...you never know what they have until you go and check it out. Go to www.ecoparts.com and look at their locations. It says they keep inventory, but they aren't always accurate...Like one time they said they didn't have any Supras when I called, but I went...
