The guy that was pulled over cares, obviously. Wouldn't you be pretty pissed off if a cop treated you that way? It doesn't matter anyway, the cop should NOT have acted that way, or broken the guy's 4th amendment rights...so wether or not the guy who was pulled over cares...it was still wrong...
