    17's with h&rs?

My Supra has got Koni's and used to run Tokico Lumina's, (a pretty decent replacement for tems, but they tend to blow seals under hard driving), but I've driven cars with Bilstein's and kyb's and they're pretty good. IMHO Koni Yellows are clearly the best shock out of them all. As far as...

    350+ rwhp in an NA?

I can sort of understand why you say that, but there are a lot more variables than turbo lag.

    350+ rwhp in an NA?

Seriously, if you want 350 hp out of a n/a motor that you can drive everyday, consider a 1uze swap. Otherwise, it would be an expensive, exotic and unreliable beast. For one thing it would need to rev to 8 or 9 grand. That kind of crank speed doesn't come cheap. Toss in engine management and...

Has anyone here taken a shell with no engine or interior and made it a nice DD?

I think everyone who said buy one that is already in decent shape is right. It took me 2 years to get all the rattles, buzzes and squeeks out of mine. Now everytime I hear a car make a weird noise I think it's comming from my car. Paranoia brought on by 2 years of searching out...

    black car with brown/tan interior?

Black/tan are used on lots of cars. Lots of people love that combo. I think it looks good. Tan or Palamino (light tan) and black are more to European tastes. Also, black w/ oxblood (red) looks good on a lot of cars. To each his own EDIT: To be fair, I'm partial. I have a dark brown...

    Cage is finished

Looks good...and strong. This clearly isn't going to be a daily driver right? I say that because it would be a little sight restrictive, not to mention tough to get in and out of 10 or 12 times a day

    Value of Supras

    $7500 for a 92 MKIII turbo in good shape...that's a bargain.

Painting Interior, Sand Free Primer problems...

Pep Boys has one for around $89.00 that didn't look too bad. As I recall it was a knock-off of a deville bliss, HVLP and gravity feed.

    Harness bar/Harness ?

Huh...I use a little different set-up. I built a rear shock tower brace which has the brace strut mounted slightly forward of the shocks and doubles as a harness bar. So the belts go over the bar and then bolt to the floor. IIRC...that's the way the rules read ("belts must be bolted...

    Harness bar/Harness ?

I guess this begs the question, what is the harness bar bolted to? I can't tell from the pictures. I'm guessing the mount where the old shoulder strap goes. If that's the case, it doesn't seem like it would be stable enough towards the middle of the bar where it supports both inside shoulder...

Aftermarket steering wheel install successful! Now how to make the turn signals work

As I recall there is a little plastic ring under the wheel adaptor that has to be lined up properly for the signals to turn off automatically. As far as the signals not working, changing the wheel (even aftermarket) shouldn't affect that. Like mkIIIman089 said, see if your hazards work cause...

    how to helicoil

I have had some trouble in the past with getting the heli coil all the way in, inspite of using thread tap oil. The problem is, sometimes the heli-coil offers too much resistance going in and the little coil installer tool pushes past the tang, thereby ending the coils forward progress. I...

    what happoned?

With all due respect, I think "all the time" is slightly overstated. And you're talking about factory "prepped" bikes, not exactly the same scooter you see in the showroom.

Using an A1000 pump w/o sumping, heres my idea...

When you consider how useless and rarely used the backseat/cargo area is, (by most Supra owners) and the complexity of accessing and modifying both the in-tank pump and the tank itself, it seems to me that a fuel cell is the way to go. Just gotta find (or make?) the right fuel cell. Yeah...

**I have a question about down shifting**

When you become proficient at rev matching with a synchro trans (every modern trans) you don't even need to use the clutch. I've even learned to down shift without the clutch, but you gotta hit it perfect. Practice...Practice.

    Another JZA70 f/s in Japan

Could they have mounted those gauges and switches to look any uglier? Still, the car is desireable. I'd be worried about "multiple owners". You know that puppies been thrashed alot.
