I never ask for a happy dance, I like to just earn them. I have just been motivated to finish up tonight tho. Check back tonight, or tomorrow, or hell Friday, but in just 14 hours or so. I hope she's running by then.
^Me too!
I also got my wideband today, so that was a nice motivation. Once it runs, I can take it to an exhaust shop to have the sensor bung welded in, and then I can do some minor tuning on my own.
Have you never used Peanut Butter as a sealant before???? That car must have spent some part of it's life in Alabama.
I have an ISC from an 85 that's been in my shed on a full manifold for several years now. Let me know if you want to try it.
I got the harness almost all the way in tonight. The only wire left to hook up is the starter wire. I have the intake plenum to snug up, and I have to stuff the ECU plugs through the firewall and hook them up. I got about half the bolts into the plenum, and realized I still had to do the ECU...
Sad to see members of our community leave us this way. It doesn't matter if they were active on the forums or not. We have lost lives here. I hate to also see the loss of yet another Supra as well.
Now I have a question about the accident. If, as they say, the passenger was partially ejected...
I have just finished wiring my NEO into my wiring harness, and have a question. The diagram showing what color wires are used for what shows that the black wire is used for ground-i. The diagram for my 89 turbo car does not show a ground-i. If used, it shows it going into the same wire that is...
I made it through the weekend without touching my car or harness. It was a long eventful wekend, but a relaxing one as well without working on the car for the first time in a while.
Today, I got my NEO wired in on the harness, and it is now ready to go into the car. I found out what I did...
Wow!.......And to think I was gonna try to come to texas and play with you and Jay. Maybe in 2012, and I'll still get smoked. Are you playing at Putt-Putt?
Should have been there ahead of Godsmack and Disturbed. I admit that one and Pink floyd. However, Godsmack and Disturbed are holding their ground as a member of the 2nd place group.
I don't view AIC as anything but pure Rock and Roll! You can put all of the tags on it you want, but they are every bit Rock as Led Zeppelin ever was. do i think Cantrell is as good as Page................mmmmmmmmmm.......not quite, but he's one hell of an ARTIST. There's guitar players...
Don't take offense Quin!!!!!!!!!
I was going to quote this:
And say that you must be my long lost brother. I don't understand your hatred of Disturbed tho. They rock, but are stiff as hell on stage, all while sounding identical to the record, in a non lipsync'd way. I'm not impressed with...
Let me clear up the Woodstock thing first. I tried and succeeded to not have any compilations, or greatest hits albums on the list. The reason for that is, I wanted to know what the greatest work of art is. I didn't want a "who is the best band thread.
Second......These choices are not all...
OK, I'll be honest. After 3 trips to the driving range, I actually played my first game. I felt like I did WAY better than I should have for a first time out. I shot 131. But, it seems like maybe it is about par for the rookie course. I'll be back, and hopefully do a little better.
I can agree with that. Boston 1979 was my first concert. I went with my Mom, and watched as a guy offered her a joint. To this day i don't know if it took any restraint for her to not take it. Opening act that night was Sammy Hagar solo, long before the wimpy days of "I can't drive 55".
