Nice lookin car and nice sounding plans. Stick to them, and post a build thread so others can learn from what you do. You will also be notified if you do anything that could be done better, and it will help you greatly.
I've actually got the entire bundle of switches from an N/A harness. I'll be shipping the AFM plug off of it, but would take $20 shipped for the rest of them. I bought that set up just before finding my new harness.
All of my thermostat area plugs broke off one at a time. Finally I found a very nice used harness to replace it with.
I wouldn't expect replacement clips with pigtails to be very expensive if you have a good connection at the dealer.
^That's where I was leading to when I said I would sell my block offs. But I have more important things to worry about at the moment. The sad part is, if I listed them for sale, they would sell pretty quick. I should just trash them.
Thanks for all of the great information
Thanks for the pic Jon! I think I can find it from that. And a great link you added as well.
I never imagined that this thread would sprout legs and take off. I don't mind the thread jack on the weather, as I live in a 100% stupidity zone. The weather man has quit telling us that it is...
First check your floorboard under your clutch pedal to see if it is wet from a leaky clutch master cylinder. From the brief problem description, I'd guess it's either the master or slave cylinder. You should change them both at the same time, or be ready to repeat the problem soon.
Betting this is a younger member.
Also, I have read enough! As soon as I get time to do the work, I will gladly beat suprasport's price on a set of blockoffs.
I am trying to add the battery hold down back to my car. I have now found the long bolt, but I'm not sure what I'm looking for for the top, and how to install it. Honestly, I have a shed full of parts, and I'm not sure what I'm looking for. Some of the parts I have are just not Supra parts.
Did Vonda ever get in?
Do I swing my vote to TLO with a gorgeous 3E5 car, or that beautiful black Tire Shredding MKII? I love them both ALOT!
I think I have to barely give the edge to the MKIII with my vote this time. A close race!
I was just checking in to try to get some directions Jake!
I'm free for the rest of the day, and was gonna try to come over for a little while. But, now you gotta leave. I'm gonna PM you my cell, and if your home the rest of the day, give me a call.
Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Glad I have a subscription to Import Tuner right now. Any idea of when it will actually happen, and when it would hit the magazine. One of my 2-3 favorite cars, and it's getting even better, AND published. Great work Nick!
