T4 manifold... You can get a GT35R with an internal w/g if you want, IJ has one on his car... But yes, you can get one with out a w/g and use an external w/g... V-band dp is only needed if you get a v-band exhaust housing... Talk to a good local muffler shop to help you weld up a dp/exhaust...
