How did you install the new speakers? Sounds like your'e running too low of an impedance to the radio, and it's going into protection mode.

Timing belt is the same a a 2.6L I4 Isuzu trooper, around 1986 IIRC. I just suggested you swap out the twins because they will blow eventually, so you might as well upgrade now :) Seriously though, you can run the stock twins if you want.

I noticed that recently when boosting (16psi), in 2nd or third around 5-6k, the CEL comes on. I pulled codes, but I get a code zero. I know my ECU is bad, it just sits there to control idle and A/C, my standalone controls the rest. Do you think the CEL would be a knock up higher in the power...

Champion Toyota (on SF) sells a gasek set. I neglected to change my rear main seal, now it's leaking :( Oh, it's a lot easier to change the turbos with the motor out, so I suggest throwing a single on it before you put the motor in :)
