Don't tell your morse controll cable any thing about the application. Take the cable in with what length you want and have them build it.

Id guess around 500 hp maybe less. 14 psi on a 61mm turbo is kinda low...

OR if the magnet doesn't stick its 300 series stainless or titanium. If its stainless (which it prolly is) its ok to weld that bung. It will rust though so watch out....

Your car feels faster with the profb because most electronic boost controllers close the wastegate signal untill the very possible end - when it HAS to open. For example: Electronic... 1, 5, 6, 10 BAM! Electronic circuit says open! The step motor opens, and the boost hits the wastegate.

Mark: Not sure what kind of deal I can work on, but surely if 10 or more were purchased I could get the price down some. I do have a thrust washer solution that an associate of mine is testing and developing. I'll have updates here soon about it.

You need to pull the trans IIRC to change the throw out and pilot bearings. Pilot bearing is around $5-10. A throw out can be as much as $40+

Try switching the AFM and see if the problem goes away. As for the clutch, it sounds like a bad pilot bearing or a bad throwout bearing.
