No you can not simply just replace the comp wheel without the unit being balanced.
The mr2 wheel will work, although it is a little smaller than the supra wheel.
Its a little square box (2" x 3" x 1.5" thick) with a dome light in it and an on & off push button switch. It has a 3 foot long (or so Id say) cord attached to it that plugs into your sig lighter....
Heres another supra for some one to rescue! Im sure its going to go for cheap.

AS for that kit, the only problem *on a budget* I see is that oil pump. Unless its new Aisin/Toyota OEM, I wouldn't touch it.
Just talked to one of my local guys here...
He states that orange on spark plugs or o2 sensors is
a.) Bad gas or some sort of additive in the gas
b.) A lean condition

To do this right, and do it once:
-That engine needs to be bored and honed Kurt.
-It must be hot tanked, baked, media blasted, all ports inspected, all threads chase tapped, and completely cleaned of all debris inside and out.
-New freeze plugs must go in.
