jetjock: I personally am not able to check with the computers in the car, I don't know anything about the electronic components of cars.
Before I had it towed, I looked at the owners manual (my car came with the original manual from 1988) and checked every fuse that I thought could even barely...
Does anyone know a good aftermarket alarm system that won't break the bank, so to speak? The Sup is my only car/DD and I'm in college right now, and I can't afford it to be stolen. I realize that the terms "good" and "cheap" don't work well together, but if there isn't a system that won't kill...
I have ecsta asx all season, 225/50/16, z rated (if it matters). only time i break traction is in snow, or turning a corner too fast on wet pavement. they grab amazingly well.
I don't mean to sound like an ass, but search around before posting a question like this. Read other people's builds. Searching and reading will get you a better understanding of what you're looking for.
First thing to do before upgrades is general maintenance. Make sure the gaskets are all...
I'm going to mess with the top tomorrow, I'll just tape it up for tonight (haven't gotten the top seals off yet). I was successful with the rear seal, but the front is pissing me off. It doesn't help that it's cold enough here to snow... I have the heater on in the garage but shit its a PITA
Okay, all of my seals are pretty shitty, especially the ones on the actual targa. I'm currently in the middle of trying to remove the left seal and am in a rut. It seems that there is some black silicone shit keeping it on and I can't get any of the seal off without tearing it. The rubber of the...
I think he said meant $38 CAD for all 4 seals. He said "those part numbers" and I had posted up all 4 seals. I just ordered mine today, should be in tomorrow morning and will cost me $149 USD
Wow, killer job man. I've been wanting to do my interior plastics in black, but didn't know what type of paint to use. All of my leather is gray already so I'm good there.
Oh yeah... Subscribed!
Haha, nope. Elmhurst is a good hour drive at least from where I live.
Elmhurst Toyota/Scion is a sponsor over on Supraforums. I asked Curt about price/availability for targa seals about a month ago, and that was his response.
If you need a quick/temporary fix for your seals, use black...

You need a rear/mid sump pan, front sump won't work afaik. You might as well go to a Toyota dealer and get it. Hit up Curt at Elmhurt Toyota, he has better prices than most 'yota dealers (unless you or a friend works at a dealership). The rear sump pan and pickup is 492.53 last time I priced it out.
