    The sending unit and the threads on the block are BSP. If you want to run the sending unit and a turbo feed, my NA-T kit is the only way to go. Reason being - Good luck trying to find a female, female, male BSP Tee fitting. Trust me.

    Thats a classic area for the ct to crack. If its not more than 1mm deep and hasn't protruded through to the other side, rock on. Let that thing eat.

    It all depends on where the crack is, how big it is, and how many of them there are. I have rebuilt hundreds of "cracked" ct26's. Small spider cracks in the wastegate area. OEM rebuilders say that any cracked housing is junk. I have personally swapped housings on the same turbo, and have...

    6 one way, half a dozen the other. I meant to buy the upper as a complete whole or as a whole that has been taken apart but previously assembled. Uppers = no FFL or paper work. So if you don't have the cash, don't deal with the feds for the time being is my thinking.

    Oil leaks I thought were gone...

    I know I had a PITA oil leak on the exhaust side. Turned out to be the CPS leaking internally. To date, I know not how to install a seal inside the CPS.

    R154's shift like they are filled with concrete. Get used to it. If it grinds or won't go into gear without forcing it - its broken. If its shift - notch - gear. Shift - notch - gear. You're golden.

    Sounds to me like you have a horrible drain back problem and the oil ports are draining over night. I'll let the others chime in here since the oil pump isn't my area.....
