I know you said you don't think it's boost related, but check all your vac lines and IC pipes just to be sure. Also, check your spark plugs.

Sheriff cars around here are just run of the mill Vics motor wise, bigger brakes and stiffer suspension. All the equipment weighs maybe 20-30 pounds dude. The V6 Charger cars are much faster, fyi.

NA pistons will raise compression and make the car faster off boost and allow it to build boost faster. NA exhaust cams are epic fails, NA intake cam will give more bottom end but kill top end. Gixxer750 made 350rw on a stock CT26 with NA pistons and intake cam and a slight head shave to up...

Update: Interesting sound on start up, sounds like a belt possibly? Not really sure, might be related. Doesn't sound metallic. On first start up, a lot more smoke than usual out the exhaust (condensation maybe? it's decently cold outside), no noticed smoke from valve covers. I shut down...

No milk and coolant level was good. No knocks, pings, ticks or any weird noises other than my belts because they have coolant on them. The mud colored stuff came out of my catch can.
