I've been going over the pic and I still haven't found any evidence to say its fake...other than it complete disregard for physics. The lighting matches up perfectly. Every inch. Either the person was one hell of a photochopper and went over every pixel or its in fact real.

Nice. Only thing I can see is that the eyes sould be at least a little in the sockets (looks like they were just pasted on) and the tongue needs a little work.
